Our CEO and founder, Michael Roark started in the drapery cleaning field in 1981. He established his first window covering business "Biltmore Drapery Sales" in 1983 selling not only custom drapery, but other various types of window coverings. After many years of gaining experience in not only residential but commercial applications, Michael moved to San Antonio. In 2010 he established "Window Coverings By Michael". In 2015, Melinda Tomerlin joined the team as a Co-Owner and Senior Vice President of Operations. Melinda brings with her over 25 years of experience managing retail business, tourist attractions, and historical sites.
